Praya YiYan Road Bus Terminus[]
Praya YiYan Road Bus Terminus (aka Praya Yiyan Town), was opened in 2018. It is a parallel open air bus terminus located at YiYan Praya Road near YiYan Ferry Pier. Up until July 2020, two routes terminated there and two more served it as a mid-way stop. On July 25 2020, as part of the Leafy Bay update, the terminus underwent a major overhaul to expand and modernise it. On 6/2/2021, 673 start operating here.
Now, the terminus is connected to two ferry piers, where people can spawn/ride ships. Currently, 4 routes terminate here, and another 6 routes stop here midway.

Trivia[]
- Since Version 2.0, this terminus is one of three, along with Long Island Ferry Pier and Sun Central Street, that are served by all five bus operators, including FT Central Connect. However, routes operated by Horizon Group and REBC that stop here are special bus routes, unlike the aforementioned termini.
- Unlike most bus terminals within the Sunshine Islands, the alighting stop for the terminating routes is at the roadside of YiYan Praya Road, while drop off only stops are usually located within the terminal itself.
- In addition, this terminus didn't contain any spawn points, as the CSB Depot, the nearest location where buses can be spawned, is only a short drive away from this location.
