Praya YiYan Road Bus Terminus[]
Praya YiYan Road Bus Terminus (aka Praya Yiyan Town), was opened in 2018. Up until July 2020, two routes terminated there and two more served it as a mid-way stop. On July 25 2020, as part of the Leafy Bay update, the terminus underwent a major overhaul to expand and modernise it. On 6/2/2021, 673 start operate here.
Now, the terminus is connected to two ferry piers, where people can spawn/ride ships. Currently, 4 routes terminate here, and another 6 routes stop here midway.

Trivia[]
- Since V2.0, this terminus is the only one that provide service with all 5 bus operators include FT Central Connect[1], although all routes are jointly operated with Cityscape Bus (except route 376S).
- Unlike most terminus at Sunshine Islands, the alighting stop for the terminate routes locates at the roadside of Praya YiYan Road, while most of them are located at the roadside area of bus terminus.
- In addition, this terminus didn't contain any spawner to spawn bus, the reason for this probably is there already have spawners at CSB Depot, which locates not far away from the terminus.
