Eastmallow Main Street is one of the main roads in Eastmallow, extending from Moon Island Bypass and runs through Eastmallow Estate and merging with Moon Island Bypass near the Eastmallow Main Street bus stop.

The road begins at the intersection with Moon Island Bypass and passes through the blocks of Eastmallow Estate. The sections of the road from the start to the intersection for vehicles entering Eastmallow Praya Road have two lanes in single way, while the other section near Eastmallow Road and the Eastmallow Main Street bus stop is two-way.
The road has only three intersections, including two that connect to/from Eastmallow Praya Road Bus terminus and one that connects to Eastmallow Road, which leads to upper Eastmallow Estate. It is one of two roads running from south to north in Eastmallow; the other is Moon Island Bypass. However, this road is the only one that connects the Eastmallow residential and commercial districts.
