Central Hospital was opened in 2018 and is the only hospital in Zone 4. It features major bus stops located on Central Hospital Road. The northbound bus stop is situated at the front entrance of Central Hospital, opposite Hotel Symbol, while the southbound bus stop is located at the back entrance of Central Hospital, opposite Southern Sports Field.
The hospital has been rebuilt and expanded in early August 2019.

During strong wind, FT Route 25 will travel to Zone 4 via Central - Western Bridge, Central Highway, and back to Hospital Island (Western Hospital) in Zone 1 via Western Harbour Tunnel and Cross Island Highway. But Route 25 will omit this stop and no-stop.
