Zone 1 Route 25, operated by Forever Transit, running between Long Island Ferry Pier and Container's Island, via Northern, Dove Island and Hospital Island.
In V2 update, this route was classified as Central Axis. Player finishes this route along with 41A, 42 and 74A (in both directions) can get Central Axis achievement.
History[]
- On 24 November 2018, 25 started its service.
- On 1 June 2024, the route has been relocated the stop at Iris Point Station instead of I Home.

Special arrangement during closure of Desire Bridge[]
When the wind speed on Desire Bridge is higher than 40 km/h and buses are not allowed on it, or adverse weather condition or other sudden accidents lead to the closure of Desire Bridge, buses will be diverted and operate as special departure 25Y instead.
For journeys towards Container's Island, after Hospital Island (Western Hospital), the bus will travel to Zone 4 via Cross-Island Highway and Western Harbour Tunnel, and return to Zone 1 via Central Highway and Central - Western Bridge Lower Deck Tunnel for Containers Island. The calling order of the midway bus stops on Container's Island will be reversed (i.e. buses for both bounds will use Long Island bound bus stops on Container's Island during diversion).
As for journeys towards Long Island Ferry Pier, after stopping at the final stop on Container's Island (Triple Tower), the bus will travel to Zone 4 via Central - Western Bridge Lower Deck Tunnel, Central Highway, and back to Hospital Island (Western Hospital) in Zone 1 via Western Harbour Tunnel and Cross Island Highway.
Request stops are available at Western Harbour Tunnel Interchange and Northern Interchange based on passengers request, while the fare remains unchanged.
Due to the lengthened routing, the journey time required between Container's Island and other parts of Zone 1 will be much longer than usual when this special departure is in operation. Passengers are advised to reserve sufficient travelling time, or consider taking Sunshine Islands Metro instead.

Usage Status[]
Due to the demand of Container's Island, this route is often full during rush hours, occasionally drafting Route 140's buses (predominantly larger Enviro 500 MMCs) for additional departures.
In non-peak hours it remains as a cheap and popular service for passengers between Long Island and various shopping centers and hospitals in Dove Island and Hospital Island. Though it has shown signs that the patronage has been affected by Routes 148 and 370.
