Sunshine Stadium special route 171R is operated by Forever Transit and City Scape Bus, which is a single direction route from Sunshine Stadium to Praya YiYan Road, via Central, Leafy University, Alexander and Leafy Bay. It only provides service on days when there is a show at Sunshine Stadium, taking the audience home after watching the show.
History[]
- On 2 March 2019, 171R started its service.
- On 22 September 2019, upon the opening of the new Rainbow Estate area and Rainbow Bus Terminus, the terminating point of route 171R is relocated from Rainbow Estate to Rainbow Bus Terminus.
- On 1 June 2024, this route has been shortened to Praya YiYan Road. Stops at Central and Zone 7 has been adjusted and full fare has been reduced to $27.3

This route only provides service on days when there is a show at Sunshine Stadium. Please refer to the bus operator for the service days. There will be at least one departure, which departs 15 minutes after the show finished. Departure time and number of departures may be adjusted depending on situation.

171R is not included in the Northern Interchange and Zone 7 Interchange BBI Discount scheme. Interchaging from 171R to all other routes or from other routes to 171R at Northern Interchange or Zone 7 Interchange cannot enjoy any BBI discount.
